1. Truck Exchange – Standard Axles Send us your Kato RSD4/5 trucks, and we’ll expertly convert them for you. You’ll receive your upgraded trucks with stock axle length for standard side frames, complete with wheels narrowed to HOn3 NMRA standards. Remove the worm gear and frame attachment clip before Sending the Trucks in for conversion.
2. Truck Exchange – Shortened Axles Similarly, you can choose to have your Kato RSD4/5 trucks converted with shortened axles. We’ll cut off the axles to facilitate the installation of narrow side frames while ensuring your wheels are precisely narrowed to HOn3 NMRA standards.
3. Remove the worm gear and frame attachment clip before Sending the Trucks in for conversion.
4. Pre-Converted Chassis For those seeking an all-in-one solution, we offer pre-converted chassis options. These ready-to-use chassis will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
